Common questions
I can't log in
Use "Forgot Password" on the login screen and check your email. Reset codes expire in 15 minutes. If your email isn't recognized, check that you're using the same address you signed up with.
I deleted my avatar — can I get it back?
Once an avatar is overwritten or deleted, the previous version is not recoverable. You can generate a new one anytime from Profile → tap your avatar → Camera icon.
My XP / level isn't updating
Make sure you have an internet connection. Sync runs automatically when the app opens. If it persists, force-quit and relaunch. Still broken? Email support@dailyleveling.app.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Account → Delete Account. Or use the form at /delete-account. Deletion is permanent and removes all your data within 30 days.
How do I use the API with ChatGPT or Claude?
Mint a key: Profile → API Access → Create API Key. Then paste it into your agent's config. Full guide: /docs.

- What you did
- What you expected
- What happened instead
